Emz Blendz Soap Co. (Emily Desmond's Company) is a family-owned and operated business located in Ashland, Oregon. The concept of the business began in 1998 in Emz Kitchen, where she discovered the art and magic of soap making. She was inspired by her childhood love of nature's scents, her creative spirit, and her intuitive sense of comfort. She set out to create the best natural soap for her friends and family. After many months and countless trials, she found the perfect recipe. Emily took this same curiosity and mindset and started exploring the creation of all natural lotions, salves, liquid soaps, lip balms, and other bath products. All of her products are created with the highest-quality ingredients and even as her business grew, she continued to put the same love and attention into each small batch.

All of Emz Blendz products are handmade in small batches with herbs, essential oils, and only the purest nourishing vegetable oils. You can be certain that they are as fresh as possible. Most commercially available lotions and cosmetics are loaded with preservatives in order to withstand a long shelf life. Emily uses grapefruit-seed extract (a natural preservative) to keep her lotions fresh for 9 to 12 months. Her products are designed to be used and loved, not stored and forgotten, so make sure you plan accordingly when purchasing her goods.
