Shipping
Once an order has been placed and payment successfully processed, we will ship within 24 hours using USPS or UPS, depending on the option the customer chose. Once an order has been shipped you will be notified and given all appropriate tracking numbers. We ship out of Southern New England, so keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method.
Return Policy
Golden Touch Naturals is committed to customer satisfaction and works hard to make things right. We will accept all returns or exchanges for our products within 30 days of receiving the order for a Full Refund, minus Shipping and Handling. In order for our Alpaca Clothing and Back to Basic products to be eligible for a Full Refund, they must be in new condition, meaning unworn, unused, unwashed etc. If one of these items is mislabeled/packaged/ or defective we will exchange it, however all of our One of a Kind items are not eligible for exchanges. Please include a printed out invoice and the reason you are returning/exchanging. Refunds will take 1 to 2 weeks to show up your statement so please be patient.
